Delivery Method and Timing

Orders are shipped via FedEx within 5 to 10 business days after the day the order is received and confirmed. Shipping is primarliy dependant on the availability of the required parts. Availability of the required modems varies thoughout the year.

Short turnaround and overnight shipping is not available due to the required technical configuraton of the software and the modem.

Weekend shipping is not included.

It is recommended that customers order the TextLive system weeks in advance of an upcoming event. This time should be used to set up the software and hardware. This time should also be used to review the included tutorial DVD, learn how to use the software, and practice using the system. TextLive layouts should be built and tested well in advance of a show or event.
